The hotel is located in xemxija bay overlooking st paul's bay and the surrounding countryside. The centre of st paul's bay is a 10 min walk along the promenade and the vibrant bugibba is 10 minutes by car. Buses from outside the hotel serve routes to all the sandy beaches in the north and other prime attractions on the island.
